About This Project

BDI Consulting helps take a courier company from $7 million to $12.5 million in 3 years.

The business owner had passed away and the president needed our help to align his company and team to expand. We worked side-by-side the President to outline a growth strategy, create the new necessary policies and procedures, and then trained all employees to begin executing on the new goals. The work that BDI did delivered the infrastructure, training, policies and growth strategy for the company to be able to expand exponentially.
