    Compile and compare last four years of organization's financial performance to identify areas that can financially improve and by how much, given the organizational and operational issues that have been discovered in the interviews.

  • 5. FINDINGS MEETING

    We present the findings. Showing what we’ve discovered is true and substantiate and support it with evidence. We then present the problems: showing what the problems are costing the client in terms of lost profitability and we present the solutions. We also show the financial benefit that will be brought to the organization when those problems are resolved.
