I was a skeptic when we began this process. I am no longer a skeptic. I am a believer. This process has been “life-changing” for me. The “blinders” have come off and I can see clearly for the first time. This program… your people (Tim & Jill), are incredible. They were given a monumental task that had to be performed in “record time”… and they DID IT. They are truly focused and believe in their product… and deliver this product with accuracy and professionalism. The tools that I have been given have changed my life… they have changed ME. They have changed my crew leaders… and it is now trickling down to the crew members. I am so happy… and so proud to have had this opportunity to improve myself, my life and this organization.

i would like to let everyone at bdi i know that since your arrival here it seems the company has gone through a massive change. before you arrived p.i.c was in a very bad way! there was a lot of turmoil from management all the way down . productivity was almost nonexistent and the owners and field employees seem to be stressed and miserable. since your arrival things have been improving dramatically . the training has been beneficial in opening the eyes of the field guys and they now feel like part of a team not just an employee. this in turn has made my job running the crews much easier and our production has increased in an amazing way. the owners seem to be much happier and it is good to see them smile and even laugh with the employees. with continued training i can see the ability for this company to grow and the ability for more money to be made by everyone. i would like to say thank you and you are doing an outstanding job
